The Festival

Imagine the streets of historic downtown Greenwood packed with people of every background anticipating a weekend of arts, music, food and festivities. People are joined together in congratulating the city’s newest Miss Hospitality while out-of-towners take in all there is to offer between the Yazoo River and the C&G Rails. All the while, a local band is finishing their encore performance and a regional act is preparing to take the stage. Local vendors have lined the streets with specialty food and spirits and area merchants are excited about showcasing their artwork and creations. The warmer weather of spring has arrived and so have the people. This is the River to the Rails festival in downtown Greenwood!
